What to send us

We strive to ensure tht the referral process runs as smoothly as possible and causes the least stress possible to yourselves, your clients and their pets.

In order that this can occur in the most efficient way, we would be grateful if you would assist us by providing the following information prior to the referral:

• A referral letter broadly indicating the nature of the referral, diagnostics performed so far, and your discussions with your client that may include, for example, differential diagnoses, treatment options and prognoses and your client's expectations.

• Full copies of all relevant laboratory reports.

• All case notes relevant to the referral condition.

• All radiographs relevant to the referral.
