Who will look after my pet?

To provide the best care and attention we have a team of fully qualified nurses.

Our nurses are experienced and trained in advanced nursing care and techniques.  The nursing team is on a rota that is divided into ward, medical and surgical teams.  They all communicate closely so they can provide the highest standard of care for your pet and notice any changes in their condition.

A specific nurse will be allocated to each case during the treatment process to maintain continuity of care throughout your pet's stay with us.  This enables the nurses to get to know the patient, which helps them note any changes in your pet's condition, no matter how subtle.

We also have a dedicated team of night nurses and interns that pride themselves in being able to offer a 24 hour bespoke level of service to all patients under our care for the entirety of their stay.
