Diploma in Veterinary Dermatology

Ewan graduated from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh in 1982 and spent several years in companion animla practice in London before joining the Royal Veterinary College in 1990. He obtained the RCVS Diploma in Veterinary Dermatology in 1993 and entry onto the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Specialist Register.

He has given numerous presentations at local, national, European and World meetings over the last 20 years and contributed to the British Veterinary Dermatology Study Group, past RCVS Dermatology board member and past Chief examiner for the RCVS Diploma in Veterinary Dermatology.

He is currently self employed and runs a secondary and tertiary clinical referral service based at a number of multidisciplinary specialist veterinary clinics around London and the Southeast of England, including Wey Referrals in Woking.

As a visiting Clinical Specialist, he continues to contribute to the Dermatology referral service at the Royal Veterinary College.

Together, these posts make him one of the few full time clinical veterinary dermatologists in the UK with particular interests in canine atopy, immunotherapy and endocrinology.
